Though Rokk is a Braalian, he was not born on Braal; he was born on Earth before his family moved back to Braal. This is why he has more control over his magnetic abilities than other Braalians.[1]

Rokk's parents were struggling for work on the impoverished world of Braal, so he left at the age of fifteen for Earth to find work to assist his family. On a spaceship trvelling to Earth helped save billionaire R.J. Brande from an assassination attempt along with Lightning Lad and Saturn Girl.[2]-[3]

The Founding of the Legion

Brande was so impressed with the teens' bravery, that he petitioned the United Planets to form a Legion of Super-Heroes – an ever-growing cosmic team inspired by the exploits of 20th century teen super-heroes Superboy and Supergirl. Rokk became became Cosmic Boy, the team's first leader. Eventually they would travel backwards in time to the 20th Century to meet Superboy and Supergirl and welcome them into their ranks.[4]-[5]-[6]

During his first year worked as a leader dedicated and being a figurehead as a founding member and the first leader even when just another active member. After sometime, a romance blossomed between Lydda Jath alias Night Girl of the Legion of Substitute Heroes.

After time he raised enough funds to bring his family to Earth, but a firebomb went off in the neighbourhood where they lived. His whole family was injured and his mother later died. This led Rokk to almost kill this also encouraged his younger brother, Pol Krinn, to join the Legion Academy as Magnetic Kid. When he agreed with his fellow founders that they were getting old and it was time they resigned, Rokk was pushing for his brother to be elected to the team in his place.

Freddy Krueger can transform himself into pretty much anything and anyone, shows super strength, telekinesis, and regeneration, meaning he’s technically invulnerable in the dream realm, but if he’s pulled into the real world, he has normal, human vulnerabilities, allowing his victims to destroy him.

while he burned, he was approached by Dream Demons who made him an offer: they would give him immortality in exchange for being their agent, allowing him to continue his killing spree. Krueger accepted and that allowed him to travel through the dream world, where he could injure and kill his victims in dreams and real-life – and these are the same Demons that kept bringing him back despite all his deaths. In Wes Craven’s New Nightmare, Freddy Krueger was an ancient supernatural entity,

Freddy Krueger can invade people's dreams and kill them within their nightmares, which will also kill them in reality. He usually uses his clawed glove, but can also manipulate the dream world in any way he wants, such as sucking them into a bed, a comic book, or a videogame, making them fall, extending himself, or turning them into an insect. On some occasions, he can possess people, though unlike when Jason does this in Jason Goes to Hell, the victim can survive.

The Dream World

Freddy is impossible to kill in the dream world. However, he is mortal while outside the dream world. He loses all his powers (though he can still disguise himself as his human form) in the real world. Even if he is killed, he can return from Hell if there is enough fear in the area he wishes to appear.

If a person touches fire (unless it is caused by Freddy to kill them) or anything burning hot, it can take them out of the dream world. Freddy also cannot leave Springwood unless inside the dreams of someone who is, in which case he still cannot invade other people's dreams unless the one whose mind he is inside is related to him. Freddy also seems to hate fire as it is what the parents used to burn him alive.
